The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years teller or client service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and multitasking ability with travel as needed. Base salary ranges from $45,760 to $54,500, with additional incentive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
