Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and assistance with transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outreach and referral to branch staff or specialists.
• Promote Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
