Columbia Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in Dallas to deliver exceptional client service and grow relationships. You will acquire new clients, expand existing accounts, and help clients choose the right consumer and business products while providing timely, accurate responses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 1 year of Teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered.
• Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new and expand existing client relationships by identifying needs and offering appropriate products.
• Refer clients to internal partners when needed and originate consumer lending opportunities.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Provide proactive solutions and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
