Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products/services offered.
• Ability and desire to develop consumer lending skills and obtain NMLS license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience per Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Acquire new and expand existing client relationships by identifying needs and offering products/services.
• Refer clients to appropriate internal partners and uncover lending opportunities.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for new and existing clients; support teller functions when needed.
• Resolve client issues with proactive follow-through and timely responses.
