Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer banking and business products.
• Ability to obtain NMLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience by adhering to Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Acquire new and expand existing relationships by identifying needs and offering appropriate products.
• Refer clients to internal partners when needed and uncover lending opportunities.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for clients and respond to inquiries timely.
• Provide proactive solutions and problem resolutions and support branch goals.
• Assist with teller functions when needed and build familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities.
