Job summary

Truist in Tallahassee is seeking a Regular full-time Client Service Associate to deliver outstanding service in person and by phone. You will develop and expand client relationships, offer financial solutions, and collaborate with partners to grow business.

The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties as needed and supporting sales goals with a consultative approach to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions and routine client maintenance requests.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists when appropriate.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and meetings.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Provide courteous service and assist clients navigating the branch.
