Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting client service and sales targets by offering products and services.
• Supports team sales process by consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.
• Participates in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Advices on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies, staying compliant.
• Ensures a consistent client service experience during transactions and greetings.
