Job summary

Truist in Tallahassee, FL is hiring a Regular/Full-Time Client Service Specialist to deliver industry-leading service in person and on the phone. You will develop client relationships, offer financial solutions, and refer opportunities to partners.

You may assist with teller duties as needed. Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask and travel for staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and meet regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, and other product lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by expanding and retaining client relationships.
• Supports team sales process by referring complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the branch leadership routines.
• Attends training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies; stays updated on policy changes.
• Engages clients with friendly service during transactions and assists with teller duties when needed.
