Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-focused professional to provide exceptional service in person and by phone, expanding relationships and delivering financial solutions. The role includes cross-training for teller duties and contributing to branch sales goals.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and compliance with SAFE/NMLS requirements. Weekend hours and some travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days, NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions and client servicing with a focus on maintaining relationships.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by offering banking products.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and trainings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
