Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-focused banker to help customers with everyday banking, savings and financing needs. You will build relationships, offer tailored solutions, and guide clients through digital channels like mobile banking and ATMs.

The role emphasizes outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups, while upholding cash handling and regulatory policies. This is a full-time on-site position at our Warrington branch.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience needed.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven success in building relationships and cross-selling.
• Comfort with using digital tools to support banking goals.
• Able to work weekends/evenings and complete pre-employment checks (SAFE Act).
• Preferred: cash handling experience.
