Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and provide attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients and build lasting relationships through meetings and calls.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Consult with clients on banking solutions and refer to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
