Job summary

First National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to support customers at our Tyrone market locations. You will handle basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending activities, while identifying sales leads and cross-selling opportunities.

In this role you’ll follow bank policies, work with branch teams, and strive to meet weekly sales goals while delivering excellent service and building long‑term relationships with customers across the market.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with proficiency in PC and related software.
• Experience in a related position.
• Knowledge of banking policies and banking products/services.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by Branch Manager.
• Enter and maintain referrals, customers, and applicants in branch tech.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational duties.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory compliance.
