Job summary

First National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to help customers with basic banking needs, account servicing, and lending. The role involves executing branch leads under supervision, processing customer transactions, and identifying opportunities to refer or sell bank products.

You'll greet customers, assess their financial needs, and promote digital banking tools while maintaining data quality and complying with bank policies and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.
• Experience in a related position.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales via greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Leverage sales leads and outbound calling to cross-sell bank products.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Maintain data quality for referrals, customers and applicants using FNB tech.
• Manage lifecycle of new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine teller operations and other tasks per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Act as risk manager within the bank's risk management program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
