Job summary

Truist Wealth in the United States is seeking a Universal Banker to provide timely client transactions, accurate records, and superior service. You will support outbound calls, promote digital self-service tools, and assist with Integrated Relationship Management to meet client needs.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, two years’ teller or client service experience, and flexibility to work weekends with occasional travel. Comprehensive benefits accompany regular employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach, checking offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for serving clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
