Truist Wealth seeks a Regular full-time Universal Banker to deliver a distinctive client experience, handling transactions, guiding clients through digital tools, and supporting sales efforts. The role emphasizes IRM-driven service and cross-team collaboration to meet clients’ financial needs.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, willingness to travel for staffing needs, and completion of training to stay current with policies and product knowledge.

Qualificações

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including locale changes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting both complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and ongoing training.
