Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Universal Banker to provide a distinctive client experience, conduct transactions, and educate clients on digital banking tools. You will support sales outreach, maintain relationships, and participate in leadership routines to deliver integrated Truist solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of teller or client service experience, with flexibility for weekends and extended hours. Base salary ranges with incentive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months client relationship or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software necessary for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
