Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of banking experience.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, cash handling, and financial transactions.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend appropriate products and services.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with a commitment to individual and team success.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of banking compliance and security practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers to identify financial needs, uncover opportunities, and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to attract new business.
• Take ownership of individual sales and referral goals while contributing to overall branch performance.
• Confidently introduce deposit products, digital banking solutions, and other financial services that align with customer needs.
• Recognize opportunities for additional banking relationships and generate qualified referrals to appropriate business partners.
• Participate in branch sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up opportunities using available banking and CRM systems.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a consistent commitment to achieving results.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
