Job summary

C&F Bank seeks a Universal Banker to acquire, manage, and deepen customer relationships while delivering the C&F Customer Experience. You will cast a wide net—prospecting for new clients, responding to expressed needs, and attending networking events to build a solid relationship base.

You’ll participate in training opportunities to develop the skills needed to transition branch visits into relationship reviews and deep relationships, driving growth in earning assets and branch performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of teller or cash handling experience.
• At least 1 year of customer relationship building or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel to other branches within a geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop branch relationships through referrals and networking.
• Respond to customer needs with consultative financial options.
• Meet branch and team goals via in-person and outbound activities.
• Represent C&F at community events to prospect.
