Job summary

Union Bank of VT & NH in North Conway seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional retail banking service and build lasting client relationships. You will establish deposit accounts and explain services, supporting customers across products.

As a Universal Banker at times, you will perform teller and personal banking duties, cross-sell suitable products, and help lead customer engagement while maintaining compliance and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated cross-selling skills.
• Mathematical and computer aptitude.
• Responsible for keeping up to date with deposit products and services.

Responsibilities

• Establish deposit accounts and services for Consumer and Business Customers.
• When acting as Universal Banker, perform Teller, Vault Teller and Personal Banker duties.
• Cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs.
• Lead branch activities for relationship fulfillment and customer engagement.
