Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Background check and fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year in customer service and sales preferred.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with technology such as online banking and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplinary sales process.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and partnerships.
• Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM).
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
