Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or related business-to-business sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers on banking products and online/mobile banking tools.
• Understand and explain bank products and services; adhere to policies and procedures.
