Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and partnerships.
• Educate customers on using bank technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
