Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused team member in a Regular (full-time) role in the United States. The position emphasizes client relations, sales, lending guidance, and adherence to risk and policy standards in a branch environment.

Responsibilities include handling teller transactions, cross-selling products, and participating in sales meetings, with weekend/extended hours and occasional travel as required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, with NMLS background check.

Responsabilidades

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service targets and branch sales by developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls, procedures and risk policies and stays informed of changes.
• Ensures a consistent client service experience during teller transactions and client greetings.
