Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a client-focused professional for our Retail Community Bank team in the United States. You will handle in-branch and phone interactions, selling and tailoring financial solutions to client needs while expanding relationships.

You may assist with teller duties and participate in leadership routines; desirable candidates have strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a proactive safety/compliance mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days, including NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with financial solutions.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Assist in meeting branch sales targets through consultative conversations.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support team sales processes.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and sales meetings.
• Stay compliant with internal controls and policies; learn product knowledge.
