Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background check.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and issue resolution.
• Contribute to meeting/exceeding client service and sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in branch leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist clients at the teller window and greet/customers as needed.
