Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in client-centric sales, and proficiency with bank systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals, delivering high client service, and adhering to operational expectations.
• Excellent communications skills, passion for helping others, motivation to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, exceptional relationship-building skills, ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
• Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, bank systems).
• Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). The MU4R questions and registration are required for employment in this position.
• A valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Deepen Consumer Relationships by growing and maintaining a customer base and generating appointments with prospects.
• Grow Consumer Relationships through account management, marketing campaigns, referrals, and prospecting.
