• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations tasks while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
