Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
