Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through in-person meetings, phone outreach, and events.

• Refer clients to business partners and subject matter experts for specialized needs.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking options to ensure 24/7 account access.
• Drive proactive sales conversations and manage a sales pipeline to meet goals.
• Leverage partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Process routine and complex banking transactions, including deposits and loan payments.
• Greet and direct clients to resources to maintain a strong lobby experience.
• Support risk management by following policies and maintaining awareness of safety.
