Qualifications

• Proficiency navigating multiple banking systems and digital tools.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 required; background check.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and retain client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative conversations.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking solutions to ensure 24/7 access.
• Process routine financial center transactions accurately, including deposits and loan payments.
• Manage lobby activity and ensure a positive client experience.
• Refer clients to internal partners for specialized needs.
• Support branch growth and maintain risk/compliance standards.
• Participate in community outreach and business development.
