Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring new clients and growing relationships.
• Ability to deliver memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits to diverse needs.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, with a consultative approach to banking solutions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while adhering to risk and compliance.
• Complete required training and operate within established policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet their banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
