Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and provide excellent service.

Responsabilités

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and loan needs, open deposit accounts, and process loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice and referrals to other bank partners as appropriate.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions and build relationships.
• Support sales culture by coaching and assisting associates as needed.
• Maintain compliance with bank regulations, policies, and risk controls.
