• Compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, focusing on deposits, loans, lines of credit, and referrals.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guide options, open deposit accounts, and take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' short- and long-term goals using bank product knowledge to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Make referrals to bank partners (mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking) to deepen relationships.
• Proactively reach out to clients and prospects with tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, and product knowledge to support a high-performing culture.
• Support the teller line to minimize customer wait times and handle transactions as needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve issues; attend training and meetings to improve knowledge and service.
• Assist management with on-the-job training and audit controls; stay informed of operational updates.
