Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, with emphasis on deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and referrals to other lines of business within the Bank.
• Growth-focused: identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guide clients through deposit and loan options, open deposit accounts, and take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ short- and long-term goals, using knowledge of the bank’s products and services.
• Make referrals to bank partners including mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking.
• Proactively reach out to clients and prospects to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services to support a high-performing culture.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait times and process transactions as needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve issues.
• Attend training and sales/product knowledge meetings to enhance product knowledge.
