Mazuma Credit Union seeks a Relationship Advisor – Personal Banker to serve as a trusted contact for Members, guiding them through financial options and educating them on digital tools. You will process transactions accurately and support branch goals in a friendly, member-focused environment.

The role emphasizes cash handling, advising, and customer service, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package to support career growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year cash handling experience.
• 1 year of sales and/or advising experience.
• 1 year of customer service in the hospitality industry or financial institution experience.
• Demonstrated ability in lieu of experience will be considered for candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience to Members by identifying financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Balance vault cash and cash handling equipment per procedures.
• Open, service, and maintain accounts including CDs and IRAs.
• Open and maintain fiduciary accounts while ensuring compliance.
• Assist Members with consumer loans and the lending process.
• Assist with account disputes and complete required documentation.
• Educate Members on digital banking tools and services.
• Collaborate with Team Members to support branch goals and create a member-focused environment.
• Bring a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and make interactions count.
