Job summary
Mazuma Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor – Personal Banker in Kansas City. You will help Members identify financial needs, provide personalized solutions, and process transactions with accuracy. You’ll also open and service accounts, assist with loans, and educate Members on digital tools.

Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of cash handling experience.
- Minimum 1 year of sales and/or advising experience.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service in hospitality or financial institution environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional experience to Members by identifying financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
- Open, service, and maintain personal and small business accounts, CDs, and IRAs.
- Assist Members with loan applications and disputes; educate on digital banking tools.
- Collaborate with Team Members to support branch goals and create a positive environment.
