Job summary

Mazuma Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor – Personal Banker to support Members with financial needs and personalized solutions. You will process transactions accurately, balance cash desks, and open and maintain various accounts and loans.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll educate Members on digital tools, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a member-focused culture that values service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year cash handling experience.
• 1 year of sales and/or advising experience.
• 1 year of customer service in the hospitality industry or financial institution experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience to Members by identifying financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Open, service, and maintain personal and small business accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), and IRAs.
• Assist Members with consumer loans and dispute documentation.
• Educate Members on digital banking tools and services.
