Mazuma Credit Union in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Relationship Advisor – Personal Banker who will serve members, identify financial needs, and provide personalized solutions. You’ll be among the first points of contact, guiding members through options and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience.
• 1 year of sales and/or advising experience.
• 1 year of customer service in hospitality or financial setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience to Members by identifying financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Open, service, and maintain personal and small business accounts, CDs, and IRAs.
• Open and maintain fiduciary accounts ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist Members with consumer loans and guide them through the lending process.
• Educate Members on digital banking tools, products, and services.
• Collaborate with team to support branch goals and maintain a positive environment.
