Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker for the Greenwood, IN office. You will act as a financial concierge, assisting walk-in customers with deposits, loans, and other services while educating them on digital banking tools.

You’ll proactively identify customer needs, drive deposits and loan growth, and build relationships through referrals and outreach in a friendly, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service or military admin experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Background check including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• 1 year+ in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and lending.
• Grow relationships through outbound calls and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas to deepen relationships.
