Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and custody duties, following bank procedures.
