Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and enhance their financial lives.

Responsibilities include building trust through clear communication, guiding clients to technology tools, and collaborating with experts to address specialized needs while complying with regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience inRetail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining experience.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and meet client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with team
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
