Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.

• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone, tailoring product benefits.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving for client issues.
• Commitment to risk, compliance, and training requirements.
• Hours include weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Learn products, procedures, and regulatory requirements to consult effectively.
