Truist is seeking a client-focused professional to deliver exceptional service in a retail banking setting in Asheboro, NC. You will build and expand client relationships through consultative conversations, cross-train for teller duties, and guide customers on deposit and lending options.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a branch environment, with occasional travel for staffing needs.

Formación

• 2 years of client sales and service experience required.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Basic computer applications knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
