The role includes cross-training for teller duties, supporting sales targets, referrals to specialists, and adherence to risk policies with weekend and extended hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide client maintenance and sales support for deposits, credit and other product lines.
• Help meet service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists after consultative conversations.
• Participate in Leadership routines and sales training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies.
• Deliver consistent service while assisting clients in-branch.
