Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Durham, NC is seeking a regular full-time client service and sales professional to develop and expand client relationships. You will provide financial solutions after consultative conversations and may be cross-trained to assist as a teller as needed.

You will contribute to achieving branch sales targets, offer a range of deposit and credit products, and collaborate with internal specialists to address client goals, while upholding risk controls and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate staffing needs and possibly work weekends/extended hours.
