Truist Wealth is seeking a Regular/Temporary team member to deliver industry-leading client service and expand client relationships in a 1st shift role. The position includes cross-training to perform teller duties as needed and references to internal specialists for complex financial goals.

Responsibilities include proactive sales, loan applications, and adherence to policies, with opportunities to grow through training and performance in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by offering products and services.
• Supports sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advices on consumer lending options and processes loan applications.
• Maintains compliance with internal controls and policies.
