Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Miami seeks a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions using Chase's digital tools.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on products, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs while adhering to regulatory requirements and branch policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire via JPMorganChase licensing program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever and wherever they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions and collaborate with our team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
