You will build and maintain meaningful client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address needs and simplify banking. You will guide clients through products, services, and technology while ensuring compliance and a high-quality experience across channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication to tailor product features to client needs.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings; licensing requirements explained below.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to understand financial needs and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and refer to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
