Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services, with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor product benefits to clients.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first by delivering attentive, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to understand financial needs and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
