Job summary

The role requires sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and adherence to risk and regulatory requirements, including licensing through our program within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent service.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
